The Haunts of Brisbane Presents: Ghosts of the City is a very special night-time experience, beginning deep inside the confines of Queensland’s largest cemetery – Toowong (a.k.a. Brisbane General Cemetery). As you wend your way between the historical headstones of Brisbane’s necropolis under torch-light, guided by Queensland’s leading paranormal historian (and The Haunts of Brisbane creator) Liam Baker, you’ll discover some remarkable real history surrounding many of the ghost stories that have played a part in Brisbane City’s ‘supernatural folklore’ for generations. Delving back through Brisbane’s historical record, Liam will examine the tales of:

• Brisbane City Hall’s haunted staircase
• The ‘Grey Lady’ of Kangaroo Point’s Nunnington
• The Slaughter Falls phantasm
• Breakfast Creek’s persistent publican
• The Dulvadilla steam train’s ‘cursed carriage’
